Business Certificate:

A copy of state resale certificate is required for initial order.

Minimum order:

$200.00
Items are sold by case only unless otherwise indicated.

Pricing:

All prices are based on FOB Miami and are subject to changes without notice

Delivery:

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
UPS and US Postal services are available upon request.
A $30.00 fee will apply for delivery made to the freight carrier in Miami requested by customers.

Payment method:

All initial orders are prepaid by credit card. Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal are accepted.
Net terms and COD company check are only honored upon credit approval.
A $20.00 service charge will apply for any returned checks.

Claims & Returns:

Any claims for shortages or damaged items must be made within 5 business days from receipt of goods.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization.

Back orders:

Back orders will be indicated on your invoice. Back orders of less than $100.00 will be canceled without notice.
